“All Fees are nonrefundable, and there will be no refunds or credits (including for partially used subscription terms), except (i) as otherwise provided in writing herein or at the time of your initial purchase of the Paid Service, (ii) at Quillbot’s sole and absolute discretion (exercised reasonably), or (iii) as required by applicable law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation or refund rights.”
