“ Data Deletion . Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time. Upon request, PointOne will delete the user's Google data from our servers in a timely manner, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. This includes all copies of the data, unless retention of the data is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.”
