“ Some users may have access to Pine under legacy pricing, credit models, or non-subscription plans that were offered prior to the introduction of subscriptions. These legacy arrangements will remain valid under the terms in effect at the time they were granted, unless otherwise stated by Pine. Pine may offer such users the option to transition to a subscription plan, but legacy users are not required to do so unless Pine provides clear notice and obtains any required consent.”
