“ (2) Downgrades. You may downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan and its credit allowance remain in effect until the end of the current billing cycle. No price difference will be refunded and no credits will be adjusted for the current billing cycle.”
