“ (3) Scheduled changes. A subscription may have at most one pending plan change (such as a scheduled downgrade or cancellation) at any time. Submitting a new pending change will replace any previous one. You may cancel a pending change before it takes effect, and such cancellation does not give rise to any charge, refund, or credit adjustment.”
