“ We may modify the Terms from time to time in which case we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. We will use reasonable efforts to attempt to notify you of any changes to these Terms that materially adversely impact you either via email or an in product notification. Your continued access or use of the Service after the modifications have become effective will be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our Service. No amendment shall apply to a dispute for which an arbitration has been initiated prior to the change in Terms.”
