Opus Clip policy finding
“ If you wish to purchase Paid Services (the “Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. We may use third-party payment processors (the “Payment Processors”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your account on the Services (your “Billing Account”) for use of the Paid Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the Payment Processors in addition to this Agreement. By submitting your payment information, you understand that we may share that information with the Payment Processors subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any error by, or other acts or omissions of, the Payment Processors. By choosing to use Paid Services, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processors, all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms, and you authorize us, through the Payment Processors, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that the Payment Processors makes even if it has already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to reject your Purchase due to Services unavailability, or if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.”
