“ We delete data synced from your connected accounts as soon as you disconnect them. All remaining information is retained for no longer than 180 days after your account is closed or you request deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. This includes removal from our encrypted backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@nex.ai .”
