“ By submitting Subscriber Data to Newton or providing Newton with access to such data, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant, and you hereby grant, Newton and its subprocessors all rights required to provide the Service. Newton may collect, analyze, and use data derived from Subscriber Data, including anonymized, aggregated data, for its lawful business purposes (for example, product improvement and analytics), even after termination of these Terms.”
