Newton policy finding

“ Newton may increase the Card Transaction Volume Fee or Transaction Per Item Fee if Merchant’s (a) American Express credit card volume exceeds twenty percent (20%) of total monthly card volume; (b) corporate card volume exceeds ten percent (10%) of total monthly card volume; or (c) card transactions over one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) exceed three percent (3%) of total monthly card volume. Such increases shall become effective only after Newton provides Merchant written notice.”
