“ Company may, at its sole discretion, grant complimentary or trial credits to prospective clients, design partners, or existing clients for evaluation or promotional purposes. Complimentary credits: (i) have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash; (ii) may carry an expiration date communicated at the time of grant; (iii) are subject to the same acceptable use restrictions as purchased credits; and (iv) may be revoked by Company at any time if Client violates this Agreement or the complimentary credits are misused.”
