“ Payments for credits and any other purchases made through the Company's platform are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase through the platform, Client agrees to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy, which are available on Stripe's website. The Company does not store complete payment card information; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with applicable PCI-DSS standards. The Company is not liable for any errors, failures, or security incidents arising from Stripe's processing of Client's payment information. Client should contact Company support if they encounter any payment issues; resolution may require coordination with Stripe.”
