" We may terminate this agreement and your use of the API with immediate effect by giving you notice in writing if you: commit any material breach of this agreement, which is not remedied within 30 days of written notice from the non-breaching party to the breaching party; breach clause 3.2; or suffer an Insolvency Event. We may also terminate this agreement and your use of the API at any time without cause with immediate effect. If we exercise this right, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund for any unused Funds as per the effective date of termination, but we are under no obligation to do so."
