Maven Bio policy finding

“ 3. For thirty (30) days following expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer may request export of its Customer Data, which Company will provide in JSON format. The data made available shall include Customer Data provided by or on behalf of Customer, and excludes aggregated or de-identified data and Company's Software, models, and derived analytics. Company will delete Customer Data from production systems upon Customer's written request, or, absent a request, within sixty (60) days following termination. Deletion from backups occurs in the ordinary course of Company's backup rotation. This Section is subject to any retention required by applicable law.”
