“ Once your account has maintained an uninterrupted paid subscription for more than three consecutive months, you may request a one-time export and handoff covering all businesses owned by your account in a single request to leave MadeThis. Eligibility begins after the third monthly anniversary of the start of that uninterrupted paid subscription. Paying for three months in advance does not accelerate eligibility; annual subscriptions qualify based on elapsed paid service. Free trials and free-plan periods do not count. A gap in paid subscription coverage restarts the period; changing paid plans without a gap does not. A payment delay that is later cured without ending paid subscription coverage does not by itself restart the period. Monthly anniversaries use the original start date, or the last day of a shorter month when that date does not occur in that month. A subscription pause offered through the Services does not count toward the required paid service or restart the qualifying period; instead, it defers the eligibility date by the length of the pause. If you already qualified before the pause, you may request the handoff during it. If your subscription is past due but has not ended, you may request a handoff based on qualifying paid service already completed. Canceling a past-due subscription may end it immediately, so submit your request before canceling. The handoff includes a one-time copy of your business's code, including MadeThis template and pre-existing code incorporated into it (licensed under Section 7), and the customer-owned content and business data we hold for your business in the file formats in which we maintain them or a commonly used export format. ”
