“A timely request remains eligible for completion after the subscription ends. Subject to legal restrictions, we will preserve the materials needed to fulfill that request until the handoff is complete or the request lapses. You must cooperate with ownership verification, provide a destination for the export, and respond to scheduling requests. If you do not respond within 30 days after we send a written reminder that your response is needed to proceed, we may close the request and end this preservation obligation, subject to applicable law and privacy rights. Registrar transfer locks do not by themselves cause a request to lapse. The eligibility requirement limits this assisted handoff only; it does not delay your ownership of User Content, restrict downloads or self-service domain transfers already available through the Services (including any available after business deletion), prevent cancellation at any time, or limit any access, deletion, or portability rights required by privacy law.”
