MadeThis policy finding

“We will also facilitate transfer of a custom domain registered for your business through MadeThis where it is transferable, subject to registrar rules, transfer locks, identity verification, and your authority over the business. MadeThis subdomains are not transferable. This assisted coordination is separate from any self-service domain transfer available through the Services, which has no three-month subscription requirement and remains subject to registrar rules and transfer locks. The handoff excludes MadeThis's proprietary platform and agent infrastructure, shared systems, credentials, other users' data, and materials or services that cannot lawfully be transferred. Third-party licenses and restrictions continue to apply. You are responsible for replacement hosting, provider accounts, transfer and ongoing third-party charges, and any changes needed to run your business elsewhere. The handoff does not include rebuilding the business for another platform, ongoing migration assistance, or a guarantee that MadeThis-dependent features will operate elsewhere. Request the handoff at support@madethis.com while your paid subscription remains active and before deleting your account or any business you want included. A scheduled cancellation does not prevent a request during the remaining paid subscription period. We will verify ownership and coordinate the export and any domain transfer with you, including confirming a handoff schedule. ”
