“ Free and paid plans. The Service may be offered with a free tier (subject to usage limits) and one or more paid subscription plans ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Current features and limits are described in the Service or on our website and may change. Free trial. We may offer a time-limited free trial of 7 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged. Billing and auto-renewal. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Price changes. We may change prices or plan features prospectively; we will provide notice as required by law, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account settings at logosguard.com/account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds. Except as required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.”
