Lexis+ AI policy finding

“(i) use any autonomous AI agent, agentic AI system, or AI Technology capable of independently initiating actions, making sequential decisions, or operating without continuous human oversight ("Agentic AI") to access, log in to, navigate, query, or otherwise interact with the Online Services, whether directly or through automated credential use, API calls, or any other means, without LN's express prior written permission. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Agentic AI would otherwise qualify as a Compliant AI Tool under these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 1.2(i) does not apply to Agentic AI tools or features provided, operated, or made available directly by LN or its affiliates as part of the Online Services ("LN Agentic Tools"), which are governed solely by the terms applicable to those specific Online Services. Your use of LN Agentic Tools is expressly permitted under these Terms; however, you may not use LN Agentic Tools in combination with third-party Agentic AI systems to access the Online Services unless separately authorized in writing by LN.”
