To the extent that LN acts as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), the LN Services will operate in compliance with HIPAA and its implementing regulations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any data, content, or information that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the LN Services will comply with all applicable laws, including HIPAA. You acknowledge that LN does not monitor, review, or verify such content for compliance purposes.
