“**10.4** If you are part of a subscription for multiple Authorised Users, or if you are accessing our Services using your Canva credentials associated with a Canva multi-seat team, then we collect, use, transfer, disclose and store certain Personal Data on your behalf as a data processor in connection with your use of our Services. In those cases, our Data Processing Addendum applies. Our Data Processing Addendum sets out the specific Personal Data we collect and processing operations we perform on your behalf as a processor and is incorporated into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Data Processing Addendum, the Data Processing Addendum shall prevail. Any categories of Personal Data or processing operations that are not set out in our Data Processing Addendum will be processed and protected by us as a data controller subject to and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.”
