“ Authentication data when using single sign-on, where applicable (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace) For paid subscriptions: address data, payment data, and additional data that you provide during the registration process (e.g., a promo code) The purpose of this processing is to provide and manage your user account on the Langdock platform and to authenticate users. In addition, we may use this data to detect and prevent misuse of our services and fraud, in particular to prevent multiple registrations or spam. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of our services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete your user account and associated data upon request or no later than within 30 days after termination of the contractual relationship, unless statutory retention obligations apply.”
