The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete this data after the expiration of the statutory retention periods for business communications. Following the completion of contact and support inquiries, we send automated short satisfaction surveys by email in order to measure and continuously improve the quality of our customer service. Participation in these surveys is voluntary. You may object to receiving such surveys at any time by sending an email to support@langdock.com.
