“ You represent and warrant that: a) you have the full rights, licenses, consents and authority to grant the rights granted herein in relation to the Qualifying Recordings and that you waive any so-called moral rights connected to the Qualifying Recordings; b) the Qualifying Recordings: i) do not infringe the rights of any third party and are free of any malware and/or viruses or similar damaging software; c) no other rights, licenses, consents, permissions or authorizations are required to be obtained by us, our AI Collaborators and/or any users from any third party to use the Qualifying Recordings and that you own 100% of all any and all rights in the Qualifying Recordings (including any master, neighboring rights and publishing rights); and d) no payments are due by us, our AI Collaborators and/or any users to any third party relating to or in connection with the use of the Qualifying Recordings.”
