“ We and our licensors solely and exclusively own all intellectual property and other rights, title and interest in and to the Website and Services, except as expressly provided for in this Agreement. You will not acquire any right, title or interest therein under these TOS or otherwise. We grant you a limited revocable license to access and use the Website and the Services for their intended purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to collect or use information contained on the Website or Services for prohibited purposes like create derivative works based on any content available via the Website (unless permitted otherwise in this Agreement); or download or copy the Website and Services (other than page caching). If you use the Website and Services in a manner that exceeds the scope of this license or breach this Agreement, we may revoke the license granted to you. You shall not, directly or indirectly, permit any person to access or use the Services except as expressly permitted by the Agreement and you shall notify us as soon as practicable of any unauthorized access to or use of the Services, including through the use of your account credentials. You shall be responsible and liable for all access to and use of the Services using your account credentials, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of the Agreement.”
