“Krisp will be provided according to the subscription plan level you select. You may opt to upgrade or downgrade to any other plan level that Company offers at any time during the period of your plan; provided that a downgrade will not be effective until the next renewal date. If you opt to subscribe to the Krisp Call Center AI product, the terms governing the use of the Krisp Call Center AI product will apply to your use of Krisp with immediate effect.”
