“13.4.2. Termination by Parents. As a Parent User, if you have a Parent User account associated with the Child User account on the Services, you can terminate your Child User’s account through the account profile, or by [contacting our customer support team](https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/new), although we may need to verify your identity prior to taking any action with respect to the account. Parents of Students who are using School Accounts created by or at the direction of your child’s teacher may first need to contact your child’s school to request termination. For free website accounts not included in a Khan Academy Districts subscription, deletion requests may be exercised directly by the account holder or, for Child Users, by a Parent with an account connected to the Child User’s account.”
