Khanmigo (Khan Academy) policy finding

“Once accounts are linked, they cannot be separated. Khan Academy may (but is not required to) enable linking of accounts as described herein. Upon any termination of the School Account by authorized School Personnel, the User's learning activity (including any learning activity from school use) will be retained in any Linked personal account. 10.3. AI-Enabled Features; Khanmigo . 10.3.1. Description . Khan Academy offers certain artificial intelligence-enabled features, technologies and services, including “Khanmigo,” our AI-enabled learning guide and AI enabled learning activities, chatbot features, Khanmigo Teacher Tools, Khan Academy Writing Coach and additional AI-enabled features that may be included in the Services (collectively, “ AI-Enabled Features ”). Use of AI-Enabled Features is also addressed in Section 6.2 (License Grant to Khan Academy, Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) and 16.2 (Warranty Disclaimer; AI-Enabled Features). 10.3.2. AI-Enabled Features Subject to Change . AI-Enabled Features use new artificial intelligence (“ AI ”) technologies and features that are at an early stage of development (that is, they are "Beta" features), some of which are still being, and will continue to be, developed and tested, are known to make errors and to provide incorrect information at times, and may have other bugs. Any AI-Enabled Feature may not become fully developed or generally available. Khan Academy may change, add, or remove specific AI-enabled tools, features, elements or portions thereof at any time without any liability to you, and we do not commit to maintaining any AI-Enabled Feature, including any specific tools, features, elements or portions thereof. ”
