“Parents of Students who are using School Accounts created by or at the direction of your child’s teacher may first need to contact your child’s school to request termination. For free website accounts not included in a Khan Academy Districts subscription, deletion requests may be exercised directly by the account holder or, for Child Users, by a Parent with an account connected to the Child User’s account. 13.5. Responsibility for Pre-Termination Activity . Termination of the Terms as to any User account will not limit Khan Academy’s rights and remedies regarding any breach of these Terms occurring prior to such termination.”
