“ "User" means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, or agents who are authorized to use the Services for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Services. "You" or "Customer" means the person or entity using the Services and identified in the applicable account record, billing statement, or Order as the customer and your Affiliates included in the scope of your purchase. "Party" or "Parties" refers to one or both of the parties to these Terms, respectively.”
