Item does not use Google Workspace user data to create, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. When Google Workspace data is processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google to provide a user-requested Item feature, those providers are not permitted to use that data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.”
