“New Item Co. may provide implementation, customization, data-migration, agent-configuration, or other professional services ("Professional Services") as described in a deployment plan, statement of work, order form, or separate services agreement executed by the parties (each, a "Services Document"). Each Services Document is governed by these Terms unless it expressly states otherwise; in case of conflict, these Terms control except where the Services Document expressly overrides a specific section. Fees for Professional Services are stated in the applicable Services Document and are separate from Subscription fees.”
