“Notwithstanding the foregoing, where your Subscription is purchased for an annual or multi-month term under an invoice, order form, or Services Document (rather than self-serve checkout): fees are invoiced in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise; the Subscription automatically renews for successive terms of the same length unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current term; and cancellation through in-app account management or customer support does not end or shorten the current committed term.”
