Imperfect Coach creates a coaching experience by combining your Imperfect metrics, such as your strain, recovery, or sleep scores, with the science of Imperfect to help you optimize your health, fitness and performance. Please note that Imperfect Coach leverages third-party AI technology provided by our LLM partner. Responses from Imperfect Coach are based on your prompts and relevant information collected through your Imperfect metrics. For example, if you ask Imperfect Coach a sleep-related question, then Imperfect Coach will provide personalized tips for improving your sleep based on your de-identified sleep data collected through the Services. We require our LLM partner to use your Imperfect metrics strictly to allow Imperfect Coach to generate content for you. Under our agreement, our LLM partner does not use your Imperfect metrics to train any algorithms or models, and retains the data it processes only for a limited period before deletion. We will only share de-identified Imperfect metrics with our LLM partner. Please do not provide any identifying information, such as your name, in conversations with Imperfect Coach. Imperfect may retain the history of your conversations with Imperfect Coach to ensure you continue to have access to previous conversations while using the feature.”
