“ When you use AI generation or processing features, your prompts, uploaded files, images, models, textures, and other inputs may be processed by ideate.xyz and by third-party AI providers, infrastructure providers, or service providers that help us provide the Service. These providers may process your inputs and generated outputs as necessary to perform the requested generation, editing, processing, storage, or delivery. We may store generation history, prompts, inputs, outputs, and related metadata to provide the Service, improve user experience, support account features, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, or proprietary information unless you have the necessary rights and are comfortable with it being processed as part of the Service.”
