Humwork policy finding

“ If you access the Services through a mobile application downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply: These Terms are between you and Humwork, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”) or Google LLC (“Google”). Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the application. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, your sole remedy is a refund of the purchase price of the application (if any). Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms solely with respect to this Section and have the right to enforce this Section. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the application (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).”
