“ Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or by any other arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitration shall take place in the county where you reside or, at your election, by telephone, video conference, or based on written submissions.”
