“ Humwork will pay all arbitration filing fees, administration, and arbitrator costs beyond the initial filing fee that you would have paid to file a claim in court. If the arbitrator determines that your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, fee allocation shall be governed by the applicable arbitration rules.”
