“ You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to founders@humwork.ai within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration clause. If you opt out, you and Humwork agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in Section 14.3.”
