Humwork policy finding

“ If twenty-five (25) or more similar claims are filed against Humwork within a ninety (90) day period, whether by the same counsel or coordinated by the same organization, the following procedures apply: Bellwether Selection. Up to fifteen (15) claims will be randomly selected as bellwether cases and arbitrated individually. All other claims shall be stayed pending resolution of the bellwether cases. Mediation. Following resolution of the bellwether cases, the parties shall engage in a single mediation to attempt to resolve the remaining claims, informed by the bellwether outcomes. Batched Filing. If mediation does not resolve all remaining claims, additional claims shall be filed and arbitrated in batches of no more than fifty (50) at a time. Fees. Humwork will pay all arbitration fees for claims subject to this mass arbitration process. These procedures are intended to promote efficient resolution while preserving each party's right to individual arbitration.”
