Humwork policy finding

“ Upon termination: Your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. Client Accounts. Any remaining purchased credit balance may be forfeited, except as required by applicable law or at Humwork's discretion. Expert Accounts. Credits earned by an Expert for completed consultations prior to termination will be paid out to the extent they meet the minimum payout threshold, unless termination is for fraud, illegal activity, or material breach of these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Dispute Resolution), and 14 (Governing Law). Humwork's licenses to your User Content, Expert Content, and Consultation Data as described in Section 6 shall survive termination.”
