Hera policy finding

“ If we terminate your account or the Services because you breached these Terms, any remaining Credits (Free or Paid) will be forfeited. If you cancel your account or the Services yourself, any remaining Credits will stay available until the end of the current billing period. If we terminate your account or the Services for any reason not attributable to you (for example, security, legal, or operational reasons), any remaining Credits will first be applied to fees owed through the effective date of termination, after which they will expire.”
