Hebbia policy finding

“ Customers unilaterally determine what data they route through the Services. As such, Hebbia operates on a shared responsibility model. If a Customer is unable to delete Personal Data via the self-services functionality of the Services, then the Hebbia deletes such Personal Data upon the Customer's written request, within the timeframe specified in this DPA and in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Law. All Personal Data is deleted from the Services following service termination.”
