“ EXTENDED AI FEATURES. " Extended AI Features " refer to Harvey features and services that leverage AI capabilities that have data processing requirements (e.g., retention, human review, storage) that differ from the data processing commitments made by Harvey in the Terms and Documentation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms, You agree that when You use Extended AI Features the following will apply as further described in the Documentation : Subprocessors may retain Customer Data and Content to the extent necessary to provide their services, perform safety reviews, or comply with applicable law; Customer Data and Content may be reviewed by the Subprocessors to perform safety reviews, to enforce their acceptable use policies, or to comply with applicable law; and Customer Data and Content may be stored and processed in a location different to the storage and processing locations stipulated in Your Terms.”
