If you exceed your Subscription Plan’s usage limits, we may require you to purchase additional capacity or units to continue accessing and using the generative AI features of the Services. Any additional generative AI capacity or units that you purchase (i) will be tied to your then-current Subscription, (ii) are not transferable to another Account, and (iii) will not be refunded to you upon expiry or termination of your Subscription.”
