“ For purposes of this DPA: “Controller” means the natural or legal person which determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. “Data Subject” means an identified or identifiable natural person to whom Personal Data relates. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including Personal Information as defined under applicable US privacy laws. “Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. “Processor” means a natural or legal person which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. “Security Incident” means any confirmed accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data. ”
