Manifold policy finding

“ If Customer accesses or uses any Uber Freight load information, including pricing, availability, or other related data ("UF Load Data") through the Manifold Services, Customer agrees that (i) it shall use such UF Load Data solely for the purpose of viewing and booking such loads through the Manifold Services, (ii) it shall not copy, store, export, redistribute, republish, create derivative works from, or otherwise use UF Load Data for any other purpose, and (iii) it shall comply with data use restrictions substantially similar to those set forth in the Uber Freight Carrier API Access Agreement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Uber Freight LLC ("Uber Freight") is an express third-party beneficiary of this Section, with the right (but not the obligation) to directly enforce these restrictions against Customer.”
