“- (a) **Service Subscription Fees.** You shall be responsible for payment of the applicable Subscription fee for each Service (each, a **"Service Subscription Fee"**) at the time you create your Account and select your payment package (each, a **"Subscription Service Commencement Date"**). Gamma is not obligated to provide the Services to you until Gamma accepts your order by a confirmatory email or other appropriate means of communication.”
