“PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT. These Terms of Use (" **Terms**") govern your use of the Gamma Tech, Inc. (" **Gamma**", " **our**", " **us**" and " **we**") Site located at https://www.gamma.app (the " **Site**") and online services available, accessible, or enabled via the Site (collectively with the Site, the " **Services**"). The Services include, without limitation, the online platform through which Registered Users (as defined in Section 2.1 (Registering Your Account) below) can create, modify, share, and collaborate with one another on long-form visual documentation materials. THESE TERMS GOVERN THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND APPLY TO ALL USERS VISITING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE IN ANY WAY, USING THE SERVICES, COLLABORATING ON A PROJECT ON THE SERVICES, CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON (OR SIMILAR), OR REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, YOU REPRESENT THAT (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS, (2) YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH GAMMA, AND (3) YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF THE ENTITY YOU HAVE NAMED AS THE USER, AND TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THESE TERMS. THE TERM " **YOU**" REFERS TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR LEGAL ENTITY, AS APPLICABLE, IDENTIFIED AS THE USER WHEN YOU REGISTERED ON THE SITE. **IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES.**”
