Gamma policy finding
“You agree to indemnify and hold Gamma, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors (each, a **"Gamma Party"** and collectively, the **"Gamma Parties"**) harmless from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of any and all of the following: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of, or inability to use, the Services, whether in whole or in part; (c) your violation of this Agreement; (d) your violation of any rights of another party, including any Registered Users; or (e) your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Gamma reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Gamma in asserting any available defenses. You agree that the provisions in this section will survive any termination of your Account, this Agreement and/or your access to Services. ”
